Moving Process
Step 1: Assessment and Quotation
Assessment: Contact us via phone or email to discuss your moving needs, including the size of your move, your current location, the destination, and any specific requirements you may have. Once we understand your moving requirements, our team will arrange for an assessment of your belongings and the logistics of the move.
Quotation: This assessment helps us determine the size of the moving crew needed, the type of transportation required, and any specialized equipment necessary for handling items like fragile antiques, pianos, or artwork. After the assessment, we will provide you with a detailed and transparent quotation for our moving service.
Step 2: Preparation for Moving Day
Declutter: Go through your belongings and decide what you want to take with you and what you’d like to dispose of or donate. We can assist with furniture disposal if needed.
Packing: You can choose to pack your belongings yourself, or we offer professional packing services. If you prefer to pack yourself, ensure you have adequate packing supplies, such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper.
Step 3: Moving Day
Inventory: We will conduct an inventory of all items to be moved. Each item will be carefully labeled to ensure proper handling and placement in your new location.
Packing: If you have opted for our packing service, we’ll securely pack your belongings in preparation for the move.
Disassembly: For items that require disassembly, such as furniture or large appliances, our team will carefully take them apart.
Loading: We will load your packed items onto our well-maintained and fully equipped moving vehicles, ensuring that your possessions are safe and secure during transport.
Step 4: Transportation and Unloading
Unload: Your items will be carefully unloaded from the vehicle.
Unpacking: If you’ve chosen our unpacking service, we’ll carefully unpack and reassemble your furniture and appliances, placing them in the designated rooms.
Step 5: Post-Move Services and Sign-off
Furniture Placement: Our team will place furniture according to your specifications.
Debris Removal: We can assist with the removal of packing materials and any unwanted items.
Furniture Assembly: If furniture or appliances were disassembled for the move, we will reassemble them.
Final Inspection: Before we leave, we’ll conduct a final inspection to ensure all your belongings are in the right place and in good condition. We’ll have you sign off on the move to confirm your satisfaction.
